总共有 100M VOLT 代币，代币最初按以下方式分配：

90% 的代币将在未来四年内开采。最初挖矿释放会较多，然后随着时间的推移而下降。

4% 的代币保留给社区金库，社区将决定如何使用它。比如未来开发、安全审计、未来营销、空投等。
